Certified Commercial Realty is heading to Atlanta for ICSC@SOUTHEAST, taking place October 19–20, 2026, at the Georgia World Congress Center. The regional event brings commercial real estate professionals together to explore opportunities, build relationships and discuss the properties and businesses shaping their markets.

Meet the Certified Commercial Realty Team
Paul Rutledge — Partner
Rutledge brings experience in retail leasing, tenant representation, investment sales and site selection. His commercial real estate career began in 1975, and he has attended ICSC conventions for nearly four decades. In his recent Extended Reach article, he reflected on how technology has changed the convention experience while personal relationships remain central to the business.
Gary Ralston — Founding Partner
Ralston’s background spans retail and commercial properties, development and investment. He also brings a strong connection to industry education as a senior instructor for the CCIM Institute and an instructor for the ICSC RECon Academy, combining practical real estate experience with a focus on helping professionals understand their markets.
Zach Ellis — Senior Associate
Ellis focuses on retail and investment properties, working with landlords, developers and investors across Florida’s West Coast. His work includes commercial land opportunities in the Tampa Bay region, including a recent development-site listing in Land O’ Lakes, the community where he grew up.
Two Days of Connections and Opportunity
The event’s Monday program includes a Developer Showcase and an optional opening reception at The CTR in downtown Atlanta. On Tuesday, October 20, Dealmaking & Retailer Central runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Building C at the Georgia World Congress Center, with a networking reception from 4 to 5 p.m.
