New Chick-fil-A Opening in Bradenton Near Costco with Free Food Giveaway on October 15
BRADENTON, FL — Chick-fil-A is expanding its presence in Manatee County with the opening of a new restaurant near Interstate 75 and State Road 64, adding another major national restaurant brand to one of Bradenton’s fastest-growing retail corridors.
The new Chick-fil-A Heritage Harbour, located at 7283 State Road 64 East, is scheduled to officially open on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6 a.m.
Situated near the entrance to Marketplace at Heritage Harbour, the restaurant will serve the surrounding residential communities and shoppers visiting the rapidly expanding commercial development.
Free Food Giveaway Planned for Grand Opening
To celebrate its opening, Chick-fil-A will host a special “Moove-In Party,” offering complimentary food to customers who arrive wearing cow-themed clothing or accessories.
Guests dressed in cow attire can receive one free entrée or kids’ meal, with options including the original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, chicken nuggets and select breakfast items.
The promotion will be available inside the restaurant and through the drive-thru, with a limit of one complimentary item per eligible customer while supplies last.
The restaurant will operate Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery and mobile-order pickup services.
New Restaurant Bringing 50 Jobs to Bradenton
The Heritage Harbour restaurant will be operated by local franchise owner Jonathan Ith, who previously operated the Chick-fil-A location at Creekwood Plaza along State Road 70.
Ith has longstanding ties to Bradenton, where his family settled after immigrating from Cambodia in 1981.
He began his Chick-fil-A career in 1989 and has since developed extensive experience operating restaurants throughout the community.
The new location is expected to create approximately 50 jobs, providing additional employment opportunities in eastern Manatee County.
Chick-fil-A is also celebrating the opening with a $25,000 donation to Feeding Tampa Bay, supporting local hunger relief initiatives.
Heritage Harbour Continues Attracting National Retailers
The new Chick-fil-A is part of the ongoing commercial expansion surrounding Marketplace at Heritage Harbour, a major shopping destination near the Interstate 75 and State Road 64 interchange.
The development is anchored by Costco and features an expanding collection of national retailers and restaurants, including Target, Hobby Lobby, Academy Sports + Outdoors, CAVA, LongHorn Steakhouse and Miller’s Ale House.
Additional businesses are preparing to open in the area, including a new Whole Foods Market scheduled to debut on November 5, 2026.
The continued arrival of national brands reflects the growing demand for retail and restaurant space in eastern Bradenton, where residential development and population growth have increased demand for shopping and dining options.
Commercial Real Estate Growth Along State Road 64
Chick-fil-A’s newest location highlights the continued strength of the State Road 64 retail corridor, particularly near major interstate interchanges and large-scale residential developments.
National quick-service restaurant operators continue to prioritize locations offering strong visibility, convenient access and proximity to established retail anchors.
For commercial real estate investors, developers and property owners, the ongoing development at Heritage Harbour demonstrates the importance of strategically positioned retail properties capable of attracting nationally recognized tenants.
As eastern Manatee County continues to grow, the Interstate 75 and State Road 64 interchange is becoming an increasingly significant destination for retail, dining and commercial investment.
Chick-fil-A Heritage Harbour officially opens Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6 a.m., with a special opening-day food giveaway for customers wearing cow-themed attire.
